Spanish property

Our Spanish property agent is a fully legal Spanish real estate agency, selling all types of property in the Costa Blanca for holidays, permanent residence and investment.

They have a main office and regional offices within the UK, whilst their head office is situated in Dolores, Spain. Their staff have a comprehensive knowledge of all the properties, the local area, it's people, traditions, services and amenities. They are also familiar with the countless legal and technical issues which occur when buying any property. They will personally assist with all introductions to lawyers, architects and translators who are all personally known to them.

Our Spanish property agent understands how stressful purchasing property can be, even in your own country, so they offer you all the services in Spain to help your dream become a reality. They will gladly help with everything to help you get the home in the sun you have promised yourself. If would like to see any of the properties, they will be happy to offer a subsidy of £250 for your flight (refunded when 50% of your home has been paid). Also your accommodation will be free of charge for 3 to 4 days.

You can rest assured that your visit will be on a one to one basis, and you will not be herded from place to place in a bus, with the all too familiar ensuing pressure to purchase. In fact you will be free to visit any of the properties for sale without pressure to buy.

Our agent also has direct access to builders and developers in order to monitor their performance and their after sales service is truly second to none. They will assist with all aspects of a personal "inspection" visit by all of our clients which is arranged in advance of any potential purchase to enable each client to see the property firsthand and also to introduce them to people with expert advice who will assist each individual with their own specific requirements.
