With Home Information Packs becoming the buzz-word of the property industry, Pennys ensured all their staff were fully informed of the changes before the deadline of Sept 10th 2007 for 3 bedroomed houses. From this date any properties with 3 or more bedrooms must have a full HIPs pack detailing it's energy efficiency.
