Stephen has 30 years’ experience working in Estate Agency in Exmouth having started his career under the YTS scheme in 1987 and joined Pennys in 2001. Stephen is now a director of the firm and has overall responsibility for the Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton Branches. Stephen lives in Exmouth with his wife Alison and two young children and involves himself in the local community being a former chairman of Exmouth Round table and is currently a governor at a local primary school.
Mark has been an estate agent since 1989 amassing a vast knowledge of the East Devon property market and has been based at our Seaton Office since 2010. Mark is the office Manager and is responsible for property valuations, agreeing sales and the important process of deal management to ensure a smooth transition towards the all important exchange of Contracts. High customer service levels and client satisfaction are a priority for Mark with many clients returning year after year.
Bruce established Pennys in 1999 having formerly been a director and founder member of a large independent agent in the South West. He started his career in London and moved to Devon in 1980 and has been involved in the Property Industry ever since. With over 40 years in the business he is able to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to sellers and buyers alike. The company now successfully sells property throughout East Devon and the city of Exeter.
Stella is a very experienced member of the team having started her career in Estate Agency in 2002. She came to Pennys in 2010 and has worked in all of our branches so has a wide comprehensive knowledge of the East Devon market, finally joining our Exmouth branch at the beginning of 2013. Stella currently resides in East Devon with her partner and cat Buddy and enjoys travelling abroad as often as she can!
Aimee joined Pennys in 2016; under the apprenticeship scheme and soon to follow on a permanent position within the company. Although new to agency; as a sales negotiator she thoroughly enjoys client satisfaction and looks forward to extending her local knowledge in Exmouth in residential sales. Putting her love of property into the company will help gain further experience in her career. Aimee has lived in Exmouth for most of her life and enjoys socialising with friends; keeping healthy and spending a lot of time at the local gym.
Alison has worked as a Saturday team member since 2011, then became a permanent member of staff in May 2016 undertaking the administration for the offices. Alison lives in Exmouth with her husband Stephen and her two children who take up most of her spare time.
Lucy is the newest member of the Seaton team and brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience combined with a solid knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. She relocated to East Devon as she loved the countryside and the coast deciding it was the perfect place to bring up her family.
Maxine has worked for Pennys since 2001 in both our Exmouth and Exeter branches and is the longest serving member of staff so has been an integral part in Pennys success. Maxine’s customer care and knowledge of the selling process is second to none and loves managing the sales process from beginning to end keeping clients fully informed during the selling process. Maxine lives in East Devon with her husband and two children and in her spare time enjoys socialising with family and friends and walking her cockapoo Willow.
Robert (Bob) is a highly knowledgeable estate agent who has over thirty years experience in the East Devon area. Born in Exmouth, Robert is a local man through and through and lives in the town with his wife Lynn and his two children. Charlotte and James who are both currently at university. Robert has a passion for all things outdoors and loves hiking, kayaking and wildlife.
The young dashing celebrity Taryck, a recent performer on ‘Homes Under the Hammer’ has a keen eye for matching potential buyers to their perfect properties. Well presented, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with, he is a bright star in the dull Seaton night.
