About Pennys

Since October 1999 Pennys Estate Agency Ltd has grown from a single office to a closely linked network of 7 branches. Pennys is now established as one of East Devon's leading independent residential estate agencies, and in addition deals with commercial and overseas markets, and sales of high-status properties through our Prestige Homes Department.

The company firmly remains independently owned by four shareholders. Managing Director and majority shareholder, Bruce Penny has 30 years of estate agency experience behind him, fellow Director and co-founder Symon Garratt and Associate Directors, Stephen Gibson and James Mold all play an active role in the daily running of the business, ensuring continuity of the service ethos which is the foundation of our continued expansion and success.

Pennys is committed to delivering the highest levels of customer care and service, and in 2005 joined the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents, in order to further these aims.
