Welcome to Pennys in Exmouth

Penny’s first office was established in Rolle Street, Exmouth in October 1999 with just four members of staff.

This highly successful office now has 7 members of staff and is managed by Associate Director Stephen Gibson CPEA FNAEA assisted by Assistant Manager Robert Colville-Hyde MARLA, negotiators Katy Harris MNAEA, Pippa Bruce and Beverly Garratt The team have many years of experience in the Exmouth market and offer an unrivalled service.

As the company grew additional premises were acquired in 2002 next door to the offices in Rolle Street. These new premises now house additional services such as the Rentals, Overseas and Commercial Sales Department, as well as Penny’s Administration Centre.

Exmouth is a beautiful estuary town in a glorious setting on Devon's south coast. It forms the westernmost boundary of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site stretching for 95 miles, as far as Old Harry Rocks in Dorset and representing over 180 million years of geological history.

Education

Exmouth Community College is the main school in Exmouth for age 11 and over; it is the largest secondary school in Devon, and one of the largest in Europe. In addition Exmouth offers a wide choice of Primary and Pre-School education, and there are various adult and language schools based in the town.
